After being caught-up in surprise in the melody of “Happy birthday”, which was sung in chorus by RLI employees upon entering the office last Wednesday, September 13^th, 2017, Mr. Rudolf J.H. Lietz, Founder and President of Rudolf Lietz Inc., has been feted once again by his team, through a smorgasbord of scrumptious food, heartwarming messages, and heaps of smiles, on Monday lunchtime, September 18^th, 2017.

The celebration kicked-off with the inspiring opening message by RLI CEO, Mrs. Elizabeth S.P. Lietz, which included a brief history of how the founder managed to build the Company, which initially had just two persons, including RL himself, to its current size of 100 supporting its steady growth.

 “RL, I want you to look at the size of this company now, from the time you have started. This how far you have come”, Mrs. Lietz added.

The message was then followed by a video presentation bearing birthday wishes from all the members of each department of RLI.

Mr. Lietz then delivered his message with the lessons on the significance of time.

“Time is of the essence. Carpe diem; take the chances, and don’t let it pass by”, according to Mr. Lietz.
