RUDOLF LIETZ, INC. recently held its 34th Annual Company Outing at Piña Colina Resort, Tagaytay last 22-23 March 2014. Less than an hour away from Manila, the resort provided a venue for RLI employees to showcase their mental and physical athleticism through fun games and activities. This annual event also serves to strengthen the family-like bond of the company and its employees.

The company outing started with a prayer and a message from the CEO, Rudolf Lietz. First on the list of activities is the Cheering competition wherein 3 groups—Red, Blue and Yellow—presented their group cheer to the judges.

The CEO then gave a brief history of RLI. He showed photos of the company from his archives and shared the story of how the company started and grew into what it is today. This allowed both old and new employees to understand and appreciate the company and its values.

There were also more physical games such as Maria Went To Town and Sack Race. The main event, however, was the Amazing Race Filipino Style, which has a series of traditional Filipino games (i.e. Tumbang Preso, Sipa, Luksong Lubid, and Palayok) spread out through various stations in the resort’s obstacle course that each team must complete with the shortest possible time.
